From there, we print out a copy of your membership form and black out your name so that we have them on us at all times to operate legally and carry medicine on your behalf. Returns & Exchanges
It’s our hope that every purchase you make with HerbaBuena is something you love. If not, we’re happy to take feedback, but unfortunately we aren’t able to take back or offer returns or exchanges on any opened or partially used products.
If you have a change of heart about a purchase, you may return the unopened and unused product for store credit (less a 20% restocking fee) within five business days of the original purchase. You are responsible for arranging and paying for delivery of the returned items.
Hardware and provisions (non-cannabis products) may be returned if they are found to be defective, and unused. You may exchange the product for one of equal or greater value, or return the item for store credit (less a 20% restocking fee).
